Post a screenshot of your UI :http://img97.imageshack.us/i/wowscrnshot030810152635.jpg/Explain the rationale of your gem choices:I currently gem for all intellect because at the moment it is the best stat for Holy Paladins. The two gems in my boots are so that I am able to use my meta gem.
Explain your process on evaluating whether a piece of gear is an upgrade or not:I take in to account all the useful stats on the piece, intellect, spellpower, crit, and haste and look to see if there is a substantial gain in these stats. If it is more of a sidegrade I look to see what I am gaining and losing, such as if I gain haste and crit and lose mp5 then I will take it over say losing haste and gaining mp5.

Why do you want to join?:I want to join because I am looking for a guild that has its act together and is able to have fun while knowing when it is time to be serious and get things done.
Why should we choose you over someone else?:I am an experienced raider who knows his class and role very well and is able to perform my role effectively.

Currently I am 5/12 ICC 25 and 10/12 ICC 10.
Previous guilds, and reasons for leaving (Detailed!) I was first in I am the I in Team/Epidemic on Frostwolf, I am the I in Team was reformed into Epidemic so it was pretty much the same guild. I left them because the guild was dying terribly, they could barely field a 25m on their second day of the raiding week, and it was only a 2 day a week raiding schedule. I then joined The Afflicted on Greymane and was with them for about 2 months. I left because I got burnt out of raiding while with them and it was affecting my school performance. I took a break for a couple months and then I faction transferred and character transferred over to Blackwater Raiders to play with some real life friends who were on the server. I joined the guild Silence because I kind of wanted to get back into the raiding scene. Unfortunately as a raiding guild, they don't really have their act together.
Why did you choose your class?:I chose it because back in BC the healers in my warlocks guild were all pretty terrible except for like 2, so they inspired me to finish leveling my Paladin so I could aspire to be better than them.
How do you stay financially autonomous? (how do you make gold): I do dailies, occasionally sell things on the AH and I run heroics for the gold at the end.
We require full consumables (food, and elixir/flask) on every boss encounter. Describe what consumables you normally bring to a raid? I bring Flasks of the Frostwyrm, Firecracker Salmon if no feast is offered, and mana pots.
Post what keybinds you use. I have the first six skills above my main action bar keybound to shift+the corresponding number 1-6.
If available, please post some WWS reports of yourself. The more the better. If applicable, please note your role in the particular encounter (e.g. "I healed the Naga tanks during Vashj")I do have combat logs, unfortunately I don't have the computer that has them on it with me at the time. If needed I could post them when I am able to.
Our advertised raid times are 7:00PM -> 11:00PM pacific time, occasionally we may go until midnight. We want our raiders to maintain a very high level of attendance (85%+). We do understand that people have a life outside of WoW, all we ask is that you try to let us know ahead of time about your absence.
Is there anything that would regularly cause you to miss certain days, be late for raids, or need to leave early?I technically have a lab that goes till 7 server, but it hasn't all semester and if it did it would only cause me to be a couple minutes late.

Do you work, goto school, parents basement?:Currently I am a college student. I work for the school but that is during the day in between classes.
If applicable, give us a brief explanation of your job or career path, what you're going to school for, and any long term goals. Where do you see yourself in five years?:I currently am a History Major but I really don't have a career in mind at the moment. I probably am going to go to graduate school after I get my bachelors degree.
What's your favorite video game (besides WoW):At the moment my game outside of WoW is League of Legends.
What do you do in your spare time (besides WoW):Mostly I study and write papers or hang out with friends.
On a side note, I am currently on Spring Break, so my computer that I have WoW on is back up at my dorm. I am able to get on some but I am not able to raid full time. I will be available to raid full time on Sunday, March 14.
